ADR transport
Most customers of JPB make use of our possibilities for transporting hazardous goods. We can transport anything, from a tube of 20 grams to a Full Truck Load (FTL), both nationally as well as internationally. Transport orders which have been passed through to us before 13:00 will be delivered the next day for destinations in the Netherlands, Belgium and Northern Germany.
In addition to our transporting possibilities by road we also offer the possibility to make use of transport by vessel/ (container) ships and train. If required a combination of these transport modalities can be used (multi-modal). We will always take into account the most (cost)efficient solution for our customers. Of course every transport will be carried out according to international rules and legislation for hazardous goods. The freight-letters and required hazardous goods cards will also be provided by us.
Tank storage
JPB has two separate tank terminals available: On the Chemistry Park of Delfzijl and at our location in Farmsum.
Chemistry Park Delfzijl
The tank-terminal on the Chemistry Park has a total storage capacity of approximately 100.000m³. Next to storage of non-hazardous goods, JPB has a permit to store several hazardous products. For the loading and unloading of vessels, JPB has a personally owned deep sea jetty available. This jetty has a draft of 9 meters and the (un)loading capacity is 350m³/ hour.
The jetty for barges has a draft of 5 meters and also has an (un)loading capacity of 350m³/hour. All (un)loading activities are carried out by our own operators who are available for you 24/7. It is also possible to load trucks from our storage tanks in order to supply the local market, which increases the flexibility for you as a customer.

Storage of hazardous goods (PGS 15)
JPB Logistics has a total storage capacity of 15.000 pallet places available for storage of hazardous goods in conformity with the Dutch PGS15 regulations. This storage capacity is divided over two warehouses; Winschoten (Groningen) with a capacity of 9.500 pallets and in Farmsum with a capacity of 5.500 pallets. We comply to all regulations which ensures you as a customer that your goods are stored and handled correctly and in a safe way. We also have a permit to store (hazardous) waste material.
Both locations are characterized by a high level of automation. Due to this, our customers are able to view their stocks in our warehouse(s) real-time. We can also offer the possibility to connect your automated systems with the Warehouse Management System of JPB by using an EDI. This enables both parties to optimize and streamline the order process. All orders are picked by means of a scanning system, reducing the chance for any errors. If desired JPB can also arrange the logistics (supply and delivery of your goods) for you.

Tank construction
The availability of tank-storage is becoming increasingly important for many companies, for a variety of reasons: for example in order to secure the supply of your raw materials or the possibility to store your product in anticipation of better sales prices. External storage always causes extra logistical costs. Your product has to be transported to a remote location. JPB has an alternative for you. JPB has almost 20 years of experience in setting up and exploiting tank-terminals. We can offer you the possibility to build and place tanks on your own site based on turnkey or on rental basis. The costs will in this case be lower compared to using external storage capacity. Of course this solution will also reduce your logistical costs, because you will no longer have to transport your product to an external location.

Asbestos remediation
Since the 1st of July 1993, there has been a ban against production, usage and recycling of asbestos and asbestos-containing material in the Netherlands. This, because in case you are exposed to abestos, different kind of asbestos-related diseases may occur. Mesothelioma (abestos cancer) can already be caused by a single exposure to asbestos. Asbestos fibers are invisible to the human eye, therefore you can not determine whether all fibers are properly removed. Therefore, it is essential that you entrust the removal of asbestos material to a competent and certified party.
Professional asbestos remediation
JPB Industrial Services has been a renowned partner for asbestos removal since 1996. Many of our current employees started back then and now have more than twenty years of experience. JPB Industrial Services has the most recent certificates (Bijlage XIIIa, artikel 4.27 van de Arbeidsomstandighedenregeling, ISO and VCA) available and we have been working with LAVS since January 2015. The National Asbestos Monitoring System (LAVS) is obligated by Law since March 2017. Especially for remediation in the earthquake area’s our employees have received the proper training, communication and behavior. JPB is specialized in indoor remediation. You can think of houses as well as renovations, historic buildings, vessels and the industry. Asbestos can be found in sewer pipes, boiler rooms, pipe insulation, fire-resistant plating, facades, roof decks, packings, tiles, floorings and chimneys.

Components and parts cleaning
In Emmen, JPB has a cleaning hall available where advanced cleaning machines are placed. At this location high quality (machinery) parts are cleaned, making use of several cleaning techniques.
Pyrolysis oven
In this thermal oven (capacity: 24m³), the cleaning takes place by means of evaporation. The oven is heated to a selected temperature of up to 450 degrees Celsius, so that almost all organic based substances are converted to gas. In the afterburner oxygen is added, which causes these gases to incinerate. This method leads to a cleaning process with virtually no waste as residue along with very good cleaning results. If desired, the past can be post-treated so that the parts look like new. The dimensions of this oven are: 600cm x 200cm x 200cm.
This relatively unkown cleaning method is very efficient and effective and can also lead to major cost savings.
Ultrasonic cleaning
With this method high frequency sound waves are sent through the cleaning bath. These sound waves together with temperature and the right cleaning additives cause for a very intensive cleaning.
Industrial washing machines
Your components will be cleaned or rinsed in a large industrial washing machines with the aid of water and a cleaning agent.
Transport
Your components can be picked up and returned to you by us.
Waste
The location has its own water purification system available.

Detachering
JPB Industrial Services beschikt over een uitzendvergunning en zet geregeld ervaren eigen medewerkers in voor detachering. Onze medewerkers zijn voor korte of langere tijd en voor uiteenlopende functies inzetbaar. JPB kan gemakkelijk de beste fit tussen bedrijf en werknemer vinden en zo aan al uw eisen en wensen voldoen.
Verhuur van apparatuur
Heeft u zelf de mankracht en de kennis in huis om te werken met materialen en gereedschappen? Dan kunt u nu op huurbasis gebruik maken van de volgende apparatuur:
- stoomcleaners
- luchthamers
- pompen
- containers
Al deze units zijn binnen 24 uur op uw locatie opgebouwd en operationeel.
Inspectie van stoomketels
Als aanvullend specialisme bieden wij het inspecteren van stoomketels. Voordat de ketels ter keuring aan het Stoomwezen worden aangeboden, hebben wij waar nodig de ketel gereinigd en gerenoveerd. De goede contacten met het Stoomwezen zorgen daarbij voor een soepel verlopende goedkeuringsprocedure. Zo kunt u er gerust op zijn dat uw ketels de keuring doorstaan. Voor deze service hanteert JPB beduidend lagere tarieven dan gangbaar is.
Chemisch afval
JPB Industrial Services is WCA-gecertificeerd om chemisch afval af te voeren en tijdelijk op te slaan. Door dit afval in grote partijen aan verwerkers aan te bieden, biedt JPB scherpe tarieven. Een onafhankelijk milieu accountant controleert de boekhouding, waardoor u verzekerd bent van verwerking volgens de wettelijke normen.
Loonreiniging
JPB Industrial Services is gespecialiseerd in het reinigen van machineonderdelen. Hierbij wordt gebruik gemaakt van meerdere reinigingstechnieken, reinigingsmiddelen en chemicaliën.
Industriële reinigingsmachines
Voor het reinigingsproces maken wij gebruik van verschillende reinigingstechnieken:
- Sproeiwasmachines
- Dompelspoelmachines
- Loonreinigen
Onderdelen die verontreinigd zijn met verf, kunststof, harsen, chemicaliën, roet, of bijvoorbeeld vet, zijn doorgaans minder makkelijk te reinigen. JPB is gespecialiseerd in het reinigen van deze onderdelen en heeft de kennis en gereedschappen om juist deze moeilijke vervuilingen de baas te zijn.
Grit/glasparel stralen
Met behulp van grit of glasparelstralen kunnen de onderdelen na reiniging worden gepolijst.
Ultrasoon reinigen
Geluidsgolven worden met een hoge frequentie door het reinigingsbad gestuurd. De geluidsgolven zorgen tezamen met temperatuur en de juiste reinigingsmiddelen voor een zeer intensieve reiniging.
Machines van divers formaat
De reinigingsmachines zijn van divers formaat. De afmetingen van de waskorf loopt op tot een maximale lengte van 2,2 m en een hoogte van 1,1 m. Grotere objecten worden gereinigd in spoelbakken met een inhoud tot 18m³, die met stoom verwarmd worden.
Montage/demontage
De technische dienst van JPB kan uw onderdelen (verder) demonteren en eventueel weer gemonteerd afleveren. Onze locaties zijn voorzien van werkplaatsen en de bijbehorende gereedschappen om dit te kunnen doen.
Afval
Vervuild spoelwater wordt opgevangen in opslagtanks en vervolgens gezuiverd door een zuiveringsinstallatie. Overig afval wordt afgevoerd als chemisch afval naar een erkende verwerker. Wij zijn ISO9001 en VCA** gecertificeerd en beschikken over diverse vergunningen voor het innemen en bewaren van chemisch afval welke vrijkomt bij de reiniging.
Transport
Onderdelen kunnen door ons gehaald en gebracht worden zodat u geen externe transporteur in hoeft te schakelen.
Ventilation cleaning
In the course of years ventilation systems can become seriously polluted. Dust, bacteria, grease marks and mites will settle in the system. Due to this, the displacement capacity of the system will reduce. These contaminants can also disturb the quality of the climate. This is why ventilation systems need to be cleaned timely and periodically.
This applies to closed systems in office buildings, nursing homes, hotels and industry and also for open systems used for example in housing.
Inspections
Measuring the amount of micro-organisms per m³ gives us a reliable indication of the severity of the pollution and the quality of the air. By making use of an endoscope JPB can perform visual inspections. This helps to determine on which places the system are contaminated and how seriously this contamination is.
Based on the amount and the location of the contamination, JPB will determine the most optimal cleaning method. By using various cleaning techniques JPB will remove amongst others dust or grease. In order to further smoothen the surface and also in order to prevent corrosion in the air vents, we can apply a coating for you. If required we can also do an after-treatment with a disinfectant, in order to prevent bacteria and parasites to come back.
