Project description
JPB IT Solutions is working on CoreData, a new system that will automate the workflow of asbestos processing companies. The system will be connected to the Dutch national asbestos registration (LAVS). It will ultimately consist of an 'asbestos module' that can be combined with multiple other modules to enable hour registration, visitor registration, project management, planning and billing within the same system.
Our goal
The final goal of this project is the development of a working prototype of CoreData. We aim to achieve this with a heavy focus on usability, user experience, and by extensive field testing with regional asbestos handling companies.The realization of CoreData is made possible through support by the European Regional Development.
Filling of feed
As we have years of experience, we can assist you in the packaging of feed products. JPB has dedicated filling lines for this, that have been especially equipped for the filling of feed-grade products. We have a fully automated line for the filling of liquids in 1.000 liter IBCs and a line for the filling in 200 liter drums. We can fill directly from tank trucks and ISO containers into the desired packaging.
The installation is fully GMP+ certified and we have also obtained a Kosher- and Halal certification.This way we can guarantee the quality of the filled product. The process is completely automated and there is no need to be present in the filling building during the filling. We work with a seperate space for this.

Specialized tank storage
The tank terminal in Farmsum features smaller more specialistic tank storage. The storage capacities range from 100m³ to 500m³. We have both steel tanks as well as stainless steel tanks available. The total storage capacity on this location is approximately 6.000m³. The tanks can be heated if desired and we can offer the possibility to place a nitrogen blanket above the product.
On this location we are permitted to store various (hazardous) products and also (hazarous) waste material. The storage tanks are also connected to our filling units which means that we can fill your product directly from the storage tank into IBC’s and/ or drums. The filled material can afterwards be stored in our PGS15 warehouse.
